Nominations for Officers and Committee shall be proposed and seconded by fully paid up memebers and must include the notification of the nominees' willingness to stand, should they be so elected. The election of Officers and Commmittee shall be by vote of those present at the meeting. These nominations must be forwarded to the Acting Secretary no later than 24/02/12.
